Friday/Sunday, 11:30 am, Free Stage, Showplex
Joan will show you how to make fabulous gifts for the little
ones in your life using low-cost pre-made items. A simple
t-shirt becomes a dress with fabrics from your stash or it can
be decorated with whimsical rickrack flowers. Capri pants bought on sale
or purchased from a consignment shop can be embellished with ruffles or
trims. Denim jeans can be decorated in many ways and a worn out pair
may be turned into a skirt with the addition of a small amount of fabric. All
of these projects can be made into matching doll clothes and accessories
for your favorite little doll lover.
