Q: Do you have the dates for 2013?
A: Yes, the 2013 Expo will be February 28, March 1 - 3.

Q: What are the hours of the Sewing and Stitchery Expo?
A: Thursday - 8:30 am - 6 pm
Friday - 8:30 am - 6 pm
Saturday - 8:30 am - 6 pm
Sunday - 9:00 am - 4 pm

Q: What is the cost of admission?
A: $12 at the door or $10 pre-sale through mail-in registration and selected fabric and quilt stores.

Q: How much is parking?
A:Parking is FREE, courtesy of the Sewing and Stitchery Expo!

Q: Is my admission ticket good for all four (4) days?
A: You need to purchase an admission ticket for each day you plan to attend.

Q: Where can I find the seminar descriptions and schedule?
A: The 2012 Registration Brochure will be available on this website after the first of the year. The quickest way to get information is to down the brochure (as a PDF).

Q: How can I register for the seminars?
A: On this website or you can snail mail your registration in.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: No refunds will be made for lost, forgotten, or unused or stolen tickets. A $2 fee will be charged per seminar for ticket replacement.

Q: What's your best advice for first time visitors to the show?

A: Here are a few helpful tips:

  • Register early! Many of the seminars fill up very quickly.
  • Wear comfortable walking shoes and plan your schedule with the fairgrounds map in hand.
  • Use the Package Check for hands-free shopping.
  • Use the Expo Insider to help you make the most of your time at the show.
  • Take advantage of the FREE style shows and special Free Nooner events upstairs on the Expo Runway, 2nd Floor Pavilion and the Free Stage events in the Showplex near the ticket booth.

Q: Are wheelchairs available and how much do they cost?
A: Wheelchairs are available free as a courtesy at the Information Booth in the Pavilion building on a first come, first served basis.

Q: Can I bring my wheeled tote?
A: Yes, you can bring your wheeled tote but it must be checked in to the Package Check because they are not allowed on the shopping floor.  We appreciate your compliance.

Q: I am coming from out of town. What hotels or motels are nearby?

Q: How can I contact a speaker or vendor after the Expo?
A: The Expo Insider has a list of the vendors/speakers with their phone numbers and addresses. You can also check the web site for a list of vendors. Click here for the vendor listing.

Q: Can I bring a camera and take pictures in seminars?
A: No. Most seminar instructors provide instruction packets. Tape recorders, video cameras & phones are not allowed.
