FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE!

Let us entertain you!!  Did you know Sue Hausmann has a beautiful singing voice?  And Martha Pullen really does think she can dance.  You will also experience, for the first time ever -- the surprise musical talent of Nancy Cornwell.  Join us and see your favorite sewing stars like you’ve never seen them before.   Besides their never-before-seen musical talents -- the stars have promised to share a few of their most embarrassing blooper moments.  And, of course -- THEIR FAVORITE SEWING PROJECTS, TIPS AND TECHNIQUES.  Rita Farro will be the MC for this very special one-time-only event.  Buy your tickets EARLY – it’s sure to be a sell out.  (And we may NEVER get them to do this again!)  This night is all about some of our favorite sewing stars sharing their alternative talents!!  It will be sewwww much fun!!

Quilter's Night Out - Kaye Wood & Friends

Kaye Wood has invited some of her best quilting friends -- Shar Jorgenson, and Libby Lehman– to join her this year for our special “Quilter’s Night Out.”

Shar and Libby have all been guests on Kaye’s TV series, Quilting for the '90s or Kaye's Quilting Friends.  According to Kaye, “These women represent the best of the best – they are the cream of the crop. They are well-known as wonderful quilting teachers.” 

You know you’re in for a treat because Kaye Wood will be emceeing the event.  Of course, there will be educational information on this special night – but the main purpose is to come together, share our love of quilting, relax and have a good time.  This special night is your chance to see and hear these world-class quilting teachers in a whole new way!
 
Because Kaye and her quilting friends have agreed to share their love of quilting AND some of the funny things that have happened to them along the way.

Rowenta Charity Tea

The Rowenta Charity Tea is sold out thanks to your generous support. However, you can support the Rowenta Charity Tea and Susan G. Komen For the Cure in another way:

This year all proceeds from the Rowenta Charity Tea will benefit Susan G. Komen For the Cure. Thank you for joining us in this fight to find a cure for breast cancer. One of our CTA volunteers, Jeri Worklan, aka "Princess," recruited her fellow CTAs and sewing friends to join her in sewing a pink gift to be included in the "Sew.You're a Survivor" goody bags that will be distributed at the Puget Sound Race For the Cure. If you would like to contribute to this project, bring your hand-sewn pink item(s) to the Rowenta Charity Tea or drop your item(s) off at the Susan G. Komen For The Cure kiosk located in the Showplex building near the Ticket Office. Be sure to sign your work and feel free to add any words of support on your tag. Your kindness is most appreciated!
